• Do you ship internationally? - At the moment, we're available exclusively in the US and Canada. Will be adding other countries over the next few months. 

• Do you offer any BNPL options or payment plans? - Yes. We have several different payment options available, through Affirm, Afterpay, Cash App, and others. Eligibility is determined at time of checkout. 

• What are the poem dimensions? - The poem is 5" x 7", and perfectly sized for most frames fitting that size photo.

• Are there any promotions or discounts? - Yes! Currently all orders of 2 or more items will receive free shipping! Stay tuned for more!

• Will there be other poems and designs available for purchase? - Absolutely! After the initial soft launch, we'll be busy working on adding a several more poems, necklaces, and gemstone options in time for the holidays.

• What's the best way to care for the jewelry and gemstone? - Please SEE BELOW for care instruction card, which is included in every order.

• How do you go about reusing the packaging? - The package itself is part of the presentation, and designed with the hope that it be repurposed. The package is essentially a hollowed out hardcover book with a magnetic closure. Once the poem, necklace, and gemstone card are removed and set aside, all of the components inside of the book can be easily removed and recycled. After that, use it to hide candy from your kids. That's what we do.

• What are your typical shipping methods and time frames? - All orders within the US are shipped through UPS and a tracking number will be provided once your order has been sent out. Depending on where you're located, most orders are received within 3-5 days from time of purchase.

SHOP POLICIES

- Any returns or exchanges must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

- Any items damaged within twenty-one (21) days of receipt are elgible for replacement.
